Regroup and Shift Focus

It’s okay to REGROUP and Shift your Focus! Especially if you are being obedient to God. 💯💯💯
I know that in order to see a plan through, you must get it out of your head and onto paper. You must write out a plan and execute action steps. I also understand that even if I “think” I have it all figured it God can decide that he wants me to go left when I planned on going right. That’s a pivotal moment in anyone’s life. You can decide to keep moving forward with what you have planned or you can do a drastic shift into the unknown and see what God has in store for you.
“Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT) “For, I know plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “ They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”
God not only shifted my schedule allowing for more time to rest and create., but he also shifted my business focus. Now, I’m sure you might be saying, that’s not necessarily a bad thing, and it’s not. But the shift has most definitely taken me out of my comfort zone. My focus is now was in ministry, somewhere I did NOT see myself fitting in, because I did not feel I was equipped for it.
BUT GOD – Well God had the final say so and he will always know what’s best.
So I have surrendered to God fully and I am at peace and content. I realized that in order to truly walk in favor I must Obey God and go where he’s called me to, even if I don’t understand or don’t feel prepared.
I’m also better at listening AND obeying God when he says “you need to rest”!
[Psalms 46:10 NLT] 10 “Be still, and know that I am God! I will be honored by every nation. I will be honored throughout the world.”
So now, I not only have a revised GOD plan, my calendar set per God’s instructions to include “REST” as a priority- I also have the confidence in Christ, that though I may not understand God’s plans, I TRUST HIS WAYS.
