Remembering Your Why

When ALL else fails, remember your WHY?
1.) When you don’t want to wake up at 4am in the morning, remember you soon will have 4am checks depositing and
4am flights to catch to build your dreams.
2.) When you become frustrated because your vehicle stop working again, remember that there is more than one way
to get to your destination
3.) When you become consumed and overwhelmed with your hectic schedule, remember you prayed for increase.
4.) When you want to throw in the towel, because everything seems to be falling apart, remember God will have things
fall apart so that they can fall into their proper place.
5.) When you feel as though life no longer has meaning, and you’re tired of struggling, remember God created you for a
GREAT Purpose, and EVERYTHING will work together for your good!
These are just a few of the lessons I learned as I took a much needed fast from social media and a break from my busy life!
I was becoming consumed with comparing myself, my business and brand with others.
So much so that I was overwhelmed with the need to produce content and products
that would bring me closer to an “idea” of success.
I lost sight of the smaller pieces of the puzzle, by focusing in on the bigger picture.
I started feeling like a failure, because I didn’t have the home I wanted, I no longer had vehicle and
I had to start from scratch with a few projects. I even questioned God and the purpose he had for my life.
I almost settled in so many ways,
because I lost sight of my “WHY”.
THEN GOD BROUGHT IT ALL BACK TO ME!!!!!
MY why, MY reason for existing and MY purpose were bigger than MYself!
It was about bringing God glory.
It was about helping others through their journey of healing.
It was about telling my story so that others may know they are not alone.
It was about helping individuals bring forth their gifts to serve the Lord.
It was about using my creative gifts to help people live in their
TRUTH: BOLDLY and UNASHAMED !
So I encourage you take a daily assessment of YOUR life.
Make sure everything you do, say and think are in alignment with
what God has called you to.
And if it’s not then, then take a step back to get back on track.
And if you are not sure of your purpose and/or your why?
Then I encourage you to spend some time with God, establish a personal relationship with Christ and read the Bible,
there you will find all the answers you need.
