The G.O.D effect: Guidance. Obedience. Discipline

Here’s an interesting fact, when you trust God MORE you will have LESS stress in your life. A major part of your time should be spent trying to please our heavenly Father. What that looks like will vary from person to person when it come to acting in obedience according to his will over our lives.  But the one thing that remains a consistent happy place for God is FAITH!

“Hebrews 11:6 And without Faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him”

I don’t know about you but that excites me, the thought of being rewarded for just believing he is who he says he is and will do what he says he will do. Well count me in on this GOD effect. Still not sold on how trusting God completely solves your problems. Well  first of all STOP putting God in a box! And start including him in ALL your day to day activities from brushing your teeth, to taking a poop, to conducting a business meeting. If you take a few seconds & minutes throughout the day to ask God for his guidance in any and all situations and then take the time to actually listen to the response. You will find yourself  moving forward  with grace and ease because of your obedience.  Your day will start running much smoother. For example I personally use to get stressed quite frequently at the amount of work I needed to get done on a day to day basis. Being that I am a  (self-proclaimed)”supermom”, which means I work a full-time job, transport my son back and forth to his various activities, come home check homework, get dinner ready and work on my business  all in a 24 hour span (minus 4-6 hours sleep). Yep, you’re tired already from reading this huh; well Imagine I how I was feeling;  I was tired and overwhelmed. Mainly because I was trying to Do it all without the help of GOD. Until one day I cried out in frustration and asked God to help me to manage my life. Well the answers to my prayers were simply this: The GOD effect ; Be disciplined and obedient in putting God 1st in all you do and he will Guide you daily and steer you through the mess called Life. So now it has become a priority to wake up and thank God for my day, I spend one on one time with my Heavenly father, I then focus on actively listening for that guidance and being obedient to God’s specific instructions for my life .I have acquired a sense of discipline where I keep my mind focused on God and his goodness  which helps me tackle my day with Love and Purpose knowing that my Faith in God will  get me through my day stressing less and smiling more. So therefore I have Same Schedule just a different perspective all stemming from The G.O.D Effect!
