No Goals Ahead.

Just you, your sips, and God.


Oh! What a feeling to be able to fully immerse yourself in is presence that is ALL around us, but we’re often too busy to take notice. 

Take in the air you breathe….OH, what a wonderful gift! 


God is in the wind.

God is in the birds' song.

God is with you when the sun arises and when it sets.


Take in these quiet moments.

Wake up in enough time to sit quietly before your day begins. 

This will help to reduce stress, anxiety, and worry.


Fill your thoughts with gratitude and gratefulness first, and find the good in the day and in you. Because EVERYTHING God created is good, and he created YOU and the day! 


We have been given ALL power and authority to command our lives to the will of GOD. So let’s start with beginning your day with slow sips. The first fruit of your time is what sets the tone for the entire day, no matter what comes your way!”
